Split Cell w/ Quartz Window for In-Situ Optical Microscope Analysis


EQ-STC-PQW split test cell is made of PEEK (Poly Ether Ether Ketone) plastic and designed for R&D of rechargeable battery material. Quartz Window with a 38.1mm Dia. on the top allows the optical microscope head touch window for in-situ analysis of battery electrode microstructure change or dendrite growth during charging and discharging. Such a cell can be used for different kinds of electrodes and separators and test the electrodes easily and quickly.


SPECIFICATIONS:

Cell Material

PEEK (Poly Ether Ether Ketone), which is a semicry stalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties that are retained to high temperatures.

· Sealed by electrolyte corrosive-proof FKM O-rings.

· Small enough to be put in and taken out from a glove box.

· Easy to separate and clean after testing.

· Use an optical microscope to see in-situ dendrite growth
