· Pushing plates (top and bottom) are made of stainless

steel. (Gold plating is available upon request at extra cost)

· The pouch cell frame is made of Nylon.

· Configuration 1: One stainless steel spring plate is

included for single layer pouch cell assembling.

· Configuration 2: split-able pouch cell with rubber spacer

plate is available on the option bar.

· Optional mechanical jig fixture and spacer are available

from Product Options for sealing the O-rings and applying

pressure to the battery assembly

Max. Working Pressure 

· 20 MPa for Peek materials

· 10 MPa for Nylon materials
