TMAX-SFZ200 is an compact heating sealer for sealing aluminum-laminated films during pouch
cell sealer (polymer Li-Ion cell) case preparation. It can prepare the pouch cell for the injection of
an electrolyte by sealing the side and top of the pouch cell with the tab.
A.Structure
The equipment is composed of upper die copper head, lower die copper head and operating foot
switch.
B. Working Principle
The machine is suitable for laboratory or small batch production and easy to operate.
1.Plug in the power connector and 8mm diameter trachea, and the indicator lights.
2.Turn on the power switch and set the sealing time.
3.Turn on the automatic switch immediately afterwards.
4.When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the operator places the battery between the
upper and lower sealing heads.
5.Step on the pedal and then the cylinder operates automatically .
6.The top head is pressed down and the timer is timed.
7.When the sealing time is up, the cylinder of the upper head is lifted automatically to complete the
sealing.
