Special mold sizes, specifications, shapes, materials, etc. can be customized according to customer needs.
Recommended matching: For sample preparation of some powder samples that are not easy to remove or form, it is recommended to customize a high-opening mold (ie easy-to-retract combined mold) to achieve the preparation of high-thickness samples. Cemented carbide steel (tungsten steel) can also be customized as the main material of the mold. Compared with alloy tool steel (CR12), cemented carbide (YT15) has higher hardness and can withstand greater pressure. It is also more conducive to sample molding. However, because of the high cost of customized hard alloy processing, it is suitable for the pressing of sample powders that are not easy to form or other test sites that require larger tonnage pressure.
