Ⅱ.Product Introduction:
This machine is suitable for the liquid injection process of supercapacitors, adopting a
process of vacuum first, liquid injection, and then pressurization. The electrolyte
absorption consistency, reliability, and completeness are high.
Ⅲ.Main features :
*Due to the strong corrosiveness of supercapacitor electrolytes and their tendency to crystallize into solids, it is easy for valves and pipelines to become clogged and unable to perform liquid injection work properly. In response to the extremely harsh usage environment of strong corrosiveness and crystallization, our company has practical experience in liquid injection for multiple supercapacitor customers and continuously improves the layout of valve components and pipelines in the injection structure, completely solving the problem of corrosion crystallization.
*The use of a multi-stage filtration device and a special material adsorption system effectively ensures the smoothness of the valve pipeline, and protects the vacuum pump from corrosion, damage, and blockage of the pump blades, which cannot be opened for vacuum pumping.
*During the injection process, the electrolyte is rarely exposed inside the glove box, greatly reducing volatilization and corrosion resistance of other glove box components.
*The use of electrolyte dissolved carbon (DMC) for frequent cleaning requires the glove box to be filled with nitrogen to purify precipitation due to its high water content, which is costly and time-consuming. The layout of this pipeline and filtration device is located inside the glove box for easy operation by personnel. The filtration device is easy to disassemble and remove, eliminating excess accumulated residue, greatly reducing the number of cleaning times. In addition, in case of blockage in the joint pipeline and DMC cleaning still cannot be solved, it can be easily and conveniently opened through the glove box operation port for pipe removal and dredging, without breaking glass and entering the glove box. After pipe removal and dredging, it can also be purified to maintain the working environment.
*Equipped with DMC cleaning function, mainly used for monthly and quarterly cleaning to keep pipelines clean.
*Adopting a special dual pneumatic valve that is not clogged, the interior is made of SUS316 and PTFE materials with strong anti-corrosion properties.
*Has extremely high measurement accuracy and repeatability consistency, with electrolyte accuracy of plus or minus 1%.
*The static method of vacuuming first and then injecting liquid, with alternating vacuum and pressure after injection, is efficient, accurate, and easy to operate and reliable.
*The vacuum pumping time, high vacuum value, low vacuum value, injection volume, settling time, pressurization pressure time, and pressure relief time can be set and adjusted.
*Anti corrosion, long-life design, and imported components are used for key parts.
*The joint of the injection tank body is made of stainless steel, the hose is made of corrosion-resistant PE hose, and the body is made of 6 series aluminum alloy, making the entire machine corrosion-resistant.

5.1 Detailed Work Process Description:
*Manually place the battery into the liquid filling bracket, weigh it in sequence,
and place it into 6 capacitors;
*Press the start switch, the lifting mechanism rises, and the automatic liquid
injection cycle begins;
*Vacuumize, reach the vacuum degree and set time, automatically inject liquid,
and then the system automatically performs a static (pressure and vacuum)
cycle;
*After the liquid injection is completed, manually remove the supercapacitors.
Note: Vacuum pumping time and settling time can be set according to the situation;
Static can be vacuumed or pressurized with nitrogen gas.
*Environmental temperature: determined by the environment of the demand side's
factory building; *Relative humidity: Dry air provided by the demand side;
*Power supply: 220V, 50Hz, voltage fluctuation range:+10%~-10%;
*Vacuum source: Vacuum pump 20 liters/second, -98KPa or above, or pipeline
vacuum (-98KPa or above);
*Nitrogen (consistent with the working gas of the glove box): ≥ 0.4MPa;
*The purchaser shall ensure that the air on site is unobstructed;

*Suitable for supercapacitor products with a length of 350mm, a width of 60mm, and a height of 50-160mm.
*Injection accuracy: ±0.01
*Injection volume:0~250ml adjustable
*Vacuum: During liquid injection, the vacuum pressure should be maintained at - 98KPa or above (the vacuum pump should be provided by the customer).
*The vacuum pumping time, low vacuum degree, liquid injection settling time, pressurization pressure, and time can be set and adjusted.
*The joint of the injection tank body is made of stainless steel, the hose is made of corrosion-resistant PE hose, and the body is made of 6 series aluminum alloy, making the entire machine corrosion-resistant. *Capacity: One liquid injection cycle takes 12 minutes, with 6 units injected at 6 workstations.
*Six workstations can be freely selected, and each workstation operates without interfering with each other.
