Turnover Barrel Slurry Feeding System for Lithium-ion Battery Coating Machine

I. Equipment Introduction

This equipment is mainly used for lithium-ion battery coating machine feeding special equipment, from the turnover bucket + iron removal filter 2 parts .

II. Equipment standard composition and key configuration table

1.Swing barrel and lifting part

1. Feeding bucket (common with the main machine).
Design volume / effective volume		150L/ 100L	Material contact with the inner liner of the mixing drum: 304 stainless steel .

1), discharge valve: G2" (DN50) ; 2), barrel body with push-pull handle, barrel bottom with 4 casters  (2 directional + 2 universal) . 3), cooling/insulation: with bottom/side wall cooling outer jacket, cooling water inlet/outlet with water pipe live connector .
2. Upper cover.
Top cover     specification mm	Matching with the corresponding mixing drum .		Material in contact with the material : 304 stainless steel .
1) With 2 small windows, a spotlight, DN25 filling pipe (with 304 ball valve), vacuum pumping/releasing interface, vacuum pressure gauge and other spare receiver;  2) The upper lid is fixed and locked with the mixing drum using quick locking clips .

 

   

3. Mixing components and basic configuration parameters.
Stirring shaft/stirring paddle speed	Approximately 25 rpm .	Stirring shaft / stirring paddle material : 304 stainless steel .

Stirring paddle form	Combined frame type mixing paddle .
4. Mixing principle.	The combined frame stirring paddle does downward pressure type self rotation to ensure that the material is not deposited .
5. Vacuum guarantee system: 5 skeleton oil seals are installed together, and the vacuum source is provided by the user .
1) The vacuum degree reaches ≤ -0 .098Mpa, keep it not lower than -0 .08Mpa for 24 hours .
2) Sealing method : A, static seal using "O" seal ; B, skeleton oil seal .
6 、Distribution box: The mixing switch, spotlight switch, operation emergency stop   and other functional operations in the operation of the equipment are carried out on the distribution cabinet .
7. Lifting device: φ125x800 lifting cylinder 1, with 1 safety pin

  3.Liquid level sensing system

Working principle: 

The liquid level sensor transmits the signal to the solenoid valve according to the change of material level position, and controls the feeding amount of pneumatic  

diaphragm pump through the solenoid valve, so as to realize the function of automatic feeding .
