Tmax has independently developed the lithium battery pack automatic assembly line system, which integrates lithium battery sticking machine, sorting machine, testing system, battery pack automatic assembly system, CCD visual recognition system, automatic spot welding system, and selects full-automatic feeding and automatic sorting structure to ensure the consistency of battery cells. It can automatically scan and obtain the bar code of the cell, classify the bar code of the pack, bind and record it, and fully trace the data information of product production and manufacturing in combination with the MES system.
